How it works?

Course

The theoretical part of the course is accessible for 2 months from registration, via our E-learning modules. Some courses may be offered live via a Zoom-type videoconferencing platform. A course lasts several hours. It is divided into sections, then into lessons of a few minutes. You will be able to assess your skills at the start of the training, at the end of each section, then at the end of the course. Practical work or interactive scenarios are also offered for each course. Some courses may lead to certifications.

Coach

When you have acquired basic good practices on a given subject, the objective is to give you access to a personal coach for one person or for a project team (5 people maximum) in order to put your knowledge into practice on generic workshops. or tailor-made adapted to your context. You and your company can then choose the number of workshops and work sessions you want. A workshop lasts about 2 hours. The coach’s intervention is done remotely by videoconference with collaborative work tools.
